Do I need to select the same package for all of my vehicles?
No, you can select different packages based on the needs of each vehicle.
Can I change or upgrade my package later?
Yes, you can contact our team to change packages during your subscription term.
How long will it take before I can get up and running?
Your devices should arrive within 15 days. After that, a simple install and one meeting with our onboarding team will get you started.
Is there any warranty for the devices provided?
During your term, ServiceTitan will provide device replacements free of charge in case of device malfunction. Replacement needs due to damage at no fault of Fleet Pro or Azuga will have a cost associated.
Is Fleet Pro compatible with all vehicles?
Fleet Pro is compatible with all vehicles manufactured after 1995 with OBD-II ports. All other vehicle types may need a conversion cable which can be included with your order.
